A Maat Family professional can offer parenting advice and
management techniques to parents and carers of preschool
children. If you find the development, behaviour, physical or
emotional needs of your baby difficult to understand we can
help. Every parent struggles with some aspect of their baby
or child’s needs, whether feeding, sleep, behaviour or just
understanding how best to handle everyday challenges. We
can help you navigate parenthood with increased knowledge
and confidence.

Maat Family is spearheaded by Janette Bremner who has
extensive experience of working with children and families
for over 25 years. A UK qualified nurse and Health Visitor
with a UK degree in community health, she has worked to
help parents and carers fully enjoy the children in their lives.

Maat Family can offer packages to help support parents with
managing their baby or child’s sleep, behaviour, routines,
play and mealtimes/ family foods. Assessment of your child’s
stage of development can be conducted if necessary to help
establish a good basis for advice, which is tailored to each
child and family. Advice can be in packages or ad hoc. This is
offered either virtually or in person depending on location.
Postnatal doula services can be provided in the Costa Del Sol area
if required or further afield, quotations available on request.

Once Covid restrictions permit, yes home visits will be
possible. In and around the Costa Del Sol this can be offered
for a small additional charge. Further afield can be arranged,
quotations available on request.

Yes, some packages work well when combined. For example
a development assessment can be combined with the
behaviour package.

Yes. Repeat packages which build on previous advice will
help keep family life on track, encouraging more proactive
parenting.

enquiry within 24 hours to set up a call.

All packages include an initial consultation, assessment of the
family and baby or child’s needs, bespoke planning of
strategies to be used, weekly contact by phone and email,
advice with supporting materials as needed and a concluding
session with next steps and advice for the future.

Payment is made at booking by Paypal, bank transfer or by
phone with either debit or credit card.

Yes, as Maat Family is a EU registered company VAT is chargeable on these services.  All prices seen and paid include VAT.
